Driving Directions

NOTE:  GPS will NOT bring you to the facility.  Please follow the directions below.

Directions to Chester Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center:

From Points East:  Take Route I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway) towards Valley Forge.  Just before the Toll Plaza, exit onto Route 202 South – West Chester.  Follow 202 South to Exit Route 29 South – Malvern.  At the fourth light, turn left on to Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue) East.  After the second light, the entrance to the facility will be on the left at the bottom of the hill.

 From Points North:  Take Route 476 South (Toll Road) to 276 West – Harrisburg (Toll Road) to Valley Forge Exit.  Once through the Toll Plaza, merge onto 202 South – West Chester Follow 202 South to Exit – Route 29 South – Malvern.  At the fourth light, turn left on to Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue) East.  After the second light, the entrance to the facility will be on the left at the bottom of the hill.

 From Points South:  From Route 95, take Exit 8 – Concord Pike – West Chester.  Follow 202 North, to Exit  29-South – Malvern (Exit Lane and Merge Lane are the same).  Turn right at the end of the exit.  At the third light, turn left on to Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue) East.  After the second light, the entrance to the facility will be on the left at the bottom of the hill.

 From Points West: From I-76, take the Downingtown Exit – Route 100 South.  Follow Route 100 South past Route 30 Business to Route 30 Bypass East – King of Prussia (Left hand Exit)  Follow 30 Bypass East which will merge with 202 East.   Follow 202 North, to Exit  29-South – Malvern (Exit Lane and Merge Lane are the same).  Turn right at the end of the exit.  At the third light, turn left on to Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue) East.  After the second light, the entrance to the facility will be on the left at the bottom of the hill.
